HiSend Terms of Use

Welcome to HiSend, a product by Hunnovate. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HiSend platform, including our APIs, mobile and web applications, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HiSend, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use HiSend. You agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Account Registration

To use certain Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

4. Use of Services

HiSend provides:

• One-Time Password (OTP) delivery via SMS, email, and WhatsApp
• Airtime, data, electricity, and utility payments
• Developer APIs for integration into apps and websites

You agree not to:

• Use HiSend for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities
• Interfere with the functionality of the platform
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Payment and Credits

Certain Services require prepaid credits. You:

• Are responsible for maintaining a positive wallet balance
• Understand that no refunds will be issued for used credits
• May be charged fees for API usage or third-party integrations

6. API Usage

If you access HiSend’s APIs:

• You must authenticate using your API key
• Usage may be rate-limited or metered
• Abuse or misuse of the API may result in suspension

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software provided by HiSend is owned by Hunnovate or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute HiSend content without permission.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to our platform or users.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

HiSend is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation
• Delivery or success of every OTP message

To the extent permitted by law, Hunnovate is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of major changes via the dashboard or email. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
